I'm an Orlando based artist, originally from Europe. I work primarily with acrylic paint, oil paint, digital, 3D, and drawing.
I have a background in Fine Arts from Florida State University, and have spent several years teaching art classes to both children and adults.
I have two main area of interest: painting and digital concept design.
I always try to innovate, and try to create new visuals, and new ways to look at things. This is what I tried to achieve in my neon collection.
The style I use derives from my interest in playing with dramatic lighting and vibrant colors against dark backdrops, and from my original love for the chiaroscuro technique. I just let a few lines define the visual, and the colors guide the composition.

My creations have evolved into something partly abstract, with stylistic echoes from 80s new wave art. I grew up seeing this style of art in advertising and on album covers, using a lot of neon elements. It's a way of going back to the visuals I was familiar with growing up. And it's a take on a romantic form of art deriving from advertising and commercial visuals.

I like to mix very traditional themes and subjects, such as equestrian and nude figures, and present them in the striking visuals of neon lights, and lighting elements, for a stylistic new wave look in this flashy take on pop art.
